NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE

DONNA CITY COUNCIL

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2010 – 5:00 PM

CITY HALL

307 S. 12TH STREET

DONNA, TEXAS

 

Pursuant to Chapter 551, Title 5 of the Texas Government Code and Texas Open Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Donna, Texas will convene a Special Meeting at City Hall located at 307 S. 12th Street on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 5:00 pm for the purpose of discussing the following items:

 

 

  1. Roll
	Call and establish quorum.



  1. Discussion
	on 2010 proposed tax rate; take record vote and set public hearing
	dates.   
	



  1. Consideration
	and possible action on police department services contract between
	City of Donna and Donna ISD.

     

 

  1. Adjourn.
