Bookings Underway for 2010 Season
Bookings and inquiries for the 2010 camping and caravanning season are already roling in from the web and by phone. Availability remains good, but with "staycations" expected to be the norm for many UK customers and a relatively weak pound still pulling in tourists from the Euro-zone, the advice is to get pitches secured early for key dates and peak periods. Sad News as Donkey Dies at 41
We are sad to report the passing of "Sally" the donkey. Sally was the oldest of the Bagwell Donkey's and the Mother of the other two. Sally had been at Bagwell for 27 years and is thought to have been at least 41 years old. For more information or to leave a personal message, please follow the link above.

New Season Price List Now on-Line
The 2010 prices are now on-line. Bagwell will be open for the rest of 2009 including Christmas and New Year Holidays. The old season prices will hold until the end of February, with the new price schedule starting on 1 March 2010. Despite increases in VAT and other costs, tariffs for 2010 remain broadly in line with 2009 with only minor increases in pitch fees. For more details, follow the link above.

Bagwell Tops Eco Tourism Awards
Bagwell farm has been selected as the South and West Dorset Open 4 Business Sustainable Tourism Business of the Year. The park scooped the award in a closely contested competition sponsored by Jurassic Coast. Judges were looking for innovative, welcoming and sustainable businesses along the Jurassic Coast. Weekly and 5-Night Bookings Only for Bank Holiday
Bagwell Farm now has very limited availability frot he Bank Holiday weekend. We have a couple of pitches left for weekly bookings which include the weekend and a few more for five nights from Saturday 29 August. But don't delay. When they're, gone they're gone!
